This page describes how Heatherivo Co. handles information and the terms governing the use of our services.
Service agreement
By renting a dumpster from Heatherivo Co. you agree to abide by all applicable laws and weight limits.
Prohibited materials
Hazardous waste, tires, batteries, paint, oils, and similar items are prohibited. Customer is liable for any prohibited items placed in the container.
Property damage
Customer assumes responsibility for damage to driveways, lawns, sidewalks, and overhead obstructions related to dumpster placement.
Payment
Payment is due upon delivery unless other terms are agreed in writing.
Cancellation
Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled delivery may be subject to a trip fee.
